OUR MISSION
Doyle Marine Management strives to facilitate a stress-free, highly enjoyable and safe boat / yacht ownership experience for the discerning pleasure boat and property owner. We grow long-term relationships with our clients and partners by providing world-class marine management services including day-charter licensed Captain services, maintenance and refit management, crew placement and industry services, vessel provisioning and preparation, hands-on owner training or anything else a customer may require.
We thoroughly and thoughtfully assess needs and offer available solutions that are the best fit in each situation and take pride in developing productive, collaborative working relationships with our customers, their representatives and crew in delivering quality, reliability, honesty and resourcefulness to all of our projects.
OUR TEAM
Since 2005, DMM Founder and General Manager Captain Ryan F. Doyle has gained diverse experience in the recreational boating / yachting / marine industry. Mr. Doyle graduated with a degree in Marine Safety & Environmental Protection from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 2009 and served in the US Coast Guard Reserves from 2005 - 2009 (Marine Science Technician 2nd Class) prior to working in a variety of crew positions on private motor yachts over the past decade. During this time he has built a formidable network of marine professionals, specialists and service providers with which to collaborate with in executing DMM services.
Captain Doyle holds a US Coast Guard 100 ton Masters license with Engineering & Commercial Towing endorsements. He also has considerable experience working on and restoring wooden / classic boats and antique yachts as well as late model, newer boats and yachts in being able to service a diverse client base. Mr. Doyle has experience with Coast Guard requirements and regulations including safety programs and procedures with related certifications, putting safety and compliance as a key component to the stress-free boating / yachting lifestyle.
